Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 and grease aa 8 inch square pan.
- In a bowl, mix the, milk, oil, 1 egg, and vanilla
- In another bowl, mix flour, 3/4 cups sugar, cocoa, and baking powder. Then add the chocolate chip and walnuts if using.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredient and mix well. Remove one cup of the batter and set aside. Pour the rest into the 8 inch square pan.
- In a bowl mix the cream cheese, the remaining egg and 2 tbs of sugar mix until smooth. Pour into pan over brownie batter.
- Drop the 1 cup of saved brownie batter by table spoons onto the cream cheese mixture. Use a knife to draw through the batter to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 25 minuets or until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool for a few minuets before cutting.
